At onepeople, launching in late July 2019, we are committed to enhancing the lives of members in the BIPOC community through our wide range of opportunities, activities and events.
This includes providing retail and service space for rent to local BIPOC artisans and entrepreneurs on a quarterly basis, opportunities to display art, and a hub to source spiritual and emotional wellness services like counselling, reiki, yoga therapy, moon circles and more.
We believe REST, FUN & PLAY is RESISTANCE so we promote joy every chance we get with every soul. We also know healing is paramount to alignment and abundance, so we work from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework, and in doing so respect all backgrounds, sexual orientations, spiritual beliefs.
Our mission is to provide a space that is committed to supporting the success and wellbeing of the BIPOC community by aligning with local entrepreneurs and artisans with the same goal.
We have a mandate to give back in cash AND in-kind so we are committed to donating 10% profit on a monthly basis to a community-based charity.
